When the winds are very gusty, waves are rough, our body is receiving strong impulses on our joints, and muscles. When we have more flexibility the possibility to have a sprain or strain will be much lower than if our body is tight.
Christelle did research in the yoga asanas, and kitesurfing stances in order to prepare a class that is specifically designed for Kitesurfing.
Also recommended for windsurfers.
